Mexican stew

The Mexican cuisine is a fusion of indigenous Mesoamerican cooking with European, especially Spanish, elements. A stew is a very nutritious meal which fits into almost every season. Try it out yourself!

Ingredients (15 servings):
500g of chicken breasts
425ml of sweet corn
200g of sheep's milk cheese
100g of herb butter
1x can of kidney beans
1x onion
6x tablespoons of white wine
1x baguette
vegetable oil
chilli powder
Preparation:
Cut chicken breasts into strips. Strain sweet corn and kidney beans. Rinse them with cold water and drain them well. Cut the sheep's milk cheese into cubes, peel the onion and chop it into fine pieces. Heat up some vegetable oil in a pot and fry the meat and onions. Season with salt and chilli powder. Add some white wine, sweet corn and kidney beans. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add herb butter and sheep's milk cheese. Season it again with salt and pepper. Serve with a piece of baguette and enjoy!
