Chinese noodles with chicken

These are probably the most popular stir fried noodles in the whole world. It's honestly faster to make them at home than to order them at a local Chinese restaurant. This dish is jam-packed with a surprising amount of vegetables and perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients (15 servings):

  • 100g of bean sprouts

  • 1kg of chicken breast

  • 750g of instant noodles

  • 2x red onions

  • 3x spring onions

  • 4x carrots

  • 2x courgettes

  • culinary oil

  • sesame oil

  • china sauce

  • soy sauce

  • fish oil

Preparation:

Wash all vegetables and cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Peel the two onions and chop them up. Slice the carrots and the courgettes into strips. Trim off the spring onions' top and cut them diagonally. Heat up culinary oil in a wok, add the chopped up onions and the chicken.

Meanwhile, pour boiling water into a pan and cook the noodles until they are soften up.

Add cut spring onions and season the chicken with sesame oil, china sauce, soy sauce and fish oil.

Heat up oil in another pan and cook the sliced carrots and courgettes. Season them with salt and add some soy sauce. Drain the noodles, add them to the pan with the chicken mixture and combine it with the other vegetables. Mix it all together, serve and enjoy!
