Chinese noodles with chicken
These are probably the most popular stir fried noodles in the whole world. It's honestly faster to make them at home than to order them at a local Chinese restaurant. This dish is jam-packed with a surprising amount of vegetables and perfect for a weeknight dinner!
Ingredients (15 servings):
100g of bean sprouts
1kg of chicken breast
750g of instant noodles
2x red onions
3x spring onions
4x carrots
2x courgettes
culinary oil
sesame oil
china sauce
soy sauce
fish oil
Preparation:
Wash all vegetables and cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Peel the two onions and chop them up. Slice the carrots and the courgettes into strips. Trim off the spring onions' top and cut them diagonally. Heat up culinary oil in a wok, add the chopped up onions and the chicken.
Meanwhile, pour boiling water into a pan and cook the noodles until they are soften up.
Add cut spring onions and season the chicken with sesame oil, china sauce, soy sauce and fish oil.
Heat up oil in another pan and cook the sliced carrots and courgettes. Season them with salt and add some soy sauce. Drain the noodles, add them to the pan with the chicken mixture and combine it with the other vegetables. Mix it all together, serve and enjoy!
