Healthy Hawaiian salad

Looking for a healthy meal on a hot summer day to stay fit? This Hawaiian salad is a light and digestible meal!

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 640g of chicken breasts

  • 100g of minced almonds

  • 200g of crème fraîche

  • 2x iceberg lettuces

  • 2x cans of pineapple

  • 1x tube of mustard

  • 1x carton of milk

  • ¼x glove of garlic

  • fresh grapes

  • grated parmesan cheese

  • canola oil

  • olive oil

  • 1x lemon

Preparation: For the dressing, put two jars of crème fraîche, a squeeze of lemon juice and one tablespoon of salt into a bowl. Season it with pepper, then add 50ml of milk, some grated parmesan cheese, mustard and canola oil to the mixture and combine it well. For the salad, cut the chicken breasts into little stripes, season them with salt and pepper and roast them in some olive oil. Chop the glove of garlic and the iceberg lettuces. Put almonds, grapes, pineapple and iceberg lettuce into a bowl. Add in the roasted chicken and the dressing. Season with rubbed garlic, mix it all together, serve and enjoy!
