Fried bananas with honey

Bananas prevent depression, make you smarter, cure hangovers and relieve morning sickness. This recipe makes them even more delicious!

Ingredients (15 servings):

  • 640g of flour

  • 650 ml water

  • 16x large bananas

  • 8x tablespoons of baking soda

  • 8x pinches of salt

  • 8x tablespoons of sugar

  • deep-frying oil

  • honey

Preparation:

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and sugar in a small bowl. Add water and mix it until it reaches a thick consistency. Cut the bananas into slices, cover them with dough and fry them in hot oil for about two minutes until golden brown. Drain them on a kitchen towel, then sprinkle the fried bananas with honey. Let them cool down and enjoy!
