Tortilla wraps

How about Tex-Mex? It's up to you how much salad and meat you want to put in your traditional Tortilla. For the sauce, you can choose between a cream-yoghurt-mix or guacamole. If you want to get the ultimate kick, you can try out both of them in one wrap. Enjoy!

Ingredients (15 servings):

  • 15 tortilla wraps (about 900g or 3 packs)

  • 1x lettuce

  • 1x cucumber

  • 2x avocados

  • 1x sweet pepper

  • 1x lemon

  • 5x spring onions

  • 150g of yoghurt

  • 150g of sour cream

  • 150g of crème fraîche

  • 500g of chicken breasts

  • 500g of tomatoes

Preparation:

Cut the cucumber, chicken breasts and spring onions into little slices. Chop up tomatoes, sweet pepper and lettuce. For the guacamole, peel the avocados and mash them into a bowl. Add in yoghurt, tomatoes, sweet pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice, then mix it all together. Season with salt and pepper. For the cream-yoghurt-mix, combine spring onions, crème fraîche and sour cream. Season the meat with salt, put it into a pan and fry it until golden brown. Prepare the wraps with your favourite sauce, then put in lettuce, cucumber slices and some meat. Roll it all together and enjoy!
